Time at Oughtred & Harrison: 14 Years.

My responsibilities: Ensuring that we give a great service to our clients. Managing the team. Preparing proposals and designing systems for clients.

What I do away from work: Photography, playing guitar, Pub quizzes.

Why I like working here: I enjoy working with clients to ensure that they are getting the best from their IT systems. It is very rewarding working on projects with clients and to see how the project has benefited the client once completed.

My responsibilities: Resolving helpdesk queries for clients. Updating clients on the progress of calls. Working with O&H proactive Monitoring system, checking backups, security and anti-virus. Installing PCs, Printers, Servers and Networking equipment. Coordinating 3rd party suppliers for clients.

What I do away from work: Computer Gaming.

What I do away from work: Fishing, spending time with the grandkids, woodworking in my shed.

Why I like working here: I come to work in the knowledge that every day is different and never becomes boring. I get a real buzz from resolving problems.
